VR Business Brokers / Mergers & Acquisitions, the recognized leader in the sale of privately held businesses are honored to induct Jeff Swiggett in the VR Hall of Fame for 2020.
Since it’s opening in 2006, the VR Hall of Fame has inducted an individual who has shown dedication to VR, support to others in the organization, and professionalism and respect to their clients. Unlike sports halls of fame, VR induction is bestowed during one’s career, as recognition for accomplishments to date. Each year the VR Board of Directors deliberate and induct a worthy individual into the Hall.
For 2020, Mr. Swiggett, the sitting President of the M&A Source and owner of the VR practice located in New Haven, CT was chosen for induction. Joining those already enshrined, Jeff joins a select group who have been instrumental in the professional development of VR. During his 13-year tenure in VR, Jeff is a consistent quarterly and annual award winner in the organization, and in 2018, he was awarded both the VR Most Valuable Intermediary Award and was ranked the #1 VR Owner.
As a graduate of both Colgate University and Dartmouth College, Jeff believed in the benefits of education. That belief translated into him becoming one of only a few professionals decorated with both the Certified Business Intermediary (“CBI”) and Mergers & Acquisitions Master Intermediary (“M&AMI”) designations.
